This initiative provides 450 staff members across 24 stores with access to vital resources including professional counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and financial aid. By utilizing the Better You happiness assessment, Ellis Brigham is taking proactive steps to improve employee wellbeing amidst rising industry
