The Retail Trust is nearing completion of a transformative community hub in Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire. Funded by the UK Government, this project revitalizes disused spaces and a community cafe to provide essential support for over 1,000 local residents annually. By expanding capacity and integrating sustainable upgrades like solar panels, the hub effectively tackles social isolation and long-term health needs while significantly reducing carbon emissions for the local community.
